When will my order ship?

We will make every attempt to process your order within 3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

How long will it take to arrive?

When shipping by ground methods, shipping time will vary based on the "ship to" destination. Please allow 2-7 business days for ground shipments.  If you require something overnight, please email us ASAP for shipping costs.

How much are the shipping charges?

We will make every attempt to have your order shipped at the lowest cost using USPS.  We offer $8 flat domestic shipping within the continental United States.  You can also save the shipping time and cost be selecting local pickup at Pepin Heights or Vadnais Heights, MN.  FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $100.00.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We send P.O. Box packages via USPS and cannot track or predict delivery dates. Please allow up to 10 business days for P.O. Box deliveries.

Does Bella Vue at Pepin Heights ship out of the country?

At this time we ship only within the continental US.
